ULTIMATE CARE LAKEWOOD - CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced clinical professional with a passion for not only aged care but leading a team to deliver exceptional dementia care.

Our 36-bed facility is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that prioritises the well-being and dignity of each resident.
THE POSITION:This is a significant leadership position supporting the Care Home Manager by leading the clinical workforce. You normal working days will be Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities.
Job tasks and responsibilities- As Clinical Services Manager you will provide clinical leadership and management working closely with the Facilities Manager.
- Group support is provided to set you up to be successful and includes a Clinical Advisory
- Group within which you would be an active participant.
- In this hugely rewarding role, you will experience a wide variety of clinical challenges.
- You will get to interact with a diverse team consisting of Nursing staff, families, allied health professionals and also get to develop long term relationships with our Residents.

Skills and experience needed- Must have minimum 4 yrs NZ RN experience (Aged Care and Dementia Care desired)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant Clinical Manager experience.
- You must have your valid NZ RN APC with no limitations
- You will inspire your staff to create a high performance culture.
- You will also be a commercially competent coach and leader, able to embrace IT systems with proficiency in planning and organizational management.
- Inter Rai trained - advantageous.
- You will be a passionate leader who believes in developing others.
