Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility within key real estate markets.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new business customers to drive substantial revenue growth.
• Utilize relationships with internal teams, and industry contacts to generate high-quality sales leads.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Engage with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Report on marketing activities, lead generation, and their impact on business growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Madeiran speakers are preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing and business development.
• Well networked with a good understanding of the Auckland market
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction/interiors or a design/property background would be preferable but will consider strong candidates from other sectors with proven BD/sales experience
