- Utilize big data analysis and AI customer intelligence to handle complaints and feedback, optimize customer experience, and resolve unexpected issues.
- Assist in managing inventory, supply of materials, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth venue operations.
- Help develop and implement operational policies to drive the achievement of overall business objectives.
Master's degree or above in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 2 years of management experience in retail or the service industry
