We’re looking for a Long Life Manager to join our Woolworths Queenstown team

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga- Motivate, manage and lead our team
- Train and develop team members and supervisors in your department
- Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock, maintaining merchandise standards and implement promotional planning
- Champion safety practices
- Ensure a proactive approach to all compliance requirements, keeping these records up to date and adhered to
- Ensure the store is always at peak capacity for daily trading for our customers
- Demonstrated knowledge and success in managing a retail environment
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with ordering, stocktake, rostering and budgets
- Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment
- The ability to obtain a first aid, general managers and food safety certificate as well as a forklift licence
Sunday to Thursday 0700-1630
