Team Lead - Building Wash

• You'll be doing everything from washing buildings and making windows sparkle to clearing out gutters and

• You'll be using waterfed poles, scrubbers, water blasters, squeegees – the whole kit.
• You'll get to operate scissor lifts, cherry pickers, boom lifts – the big machines.

• You've been a leader before in a trade job – you know how to run a job and keep things on track.
• You know your way around building cleaning. You've got solid experience washing buildings and know what

• You've led teams for at least 2 years. You know how to get people working together and motivated.
• You lead by doing. You're not afraid to jump in and show the team how it's done.
• You're focused on getting the job done right and safely, even when things get busy.
• You can talk clearly, solve problems, and manage your time well.
• Having your Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets is a big plus.
• You're someone we can rely on – honest and motivated.
• Safety is your priority. You make sure everyone goes home safe.
• You've got a full Class 1 driver licence and a clean criminal record
• You're a Kiwi or resident and can pass a drug and alcohol test as well as a Police Vetting check.
