We have a qualified team who have significant experience with larger residential build projects and who take great pride in quality work and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage our residential projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Site Management & Coordination: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct QA checks throughout the build process, ensuring workmanship meets building codes, specifications, and client expectations.
• Council Inspections & Compliance: Schedule and coordinate all required council inspections, ensuring adherence to local regulations and compliance standards.
• Project Management Support: Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain construction schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong health & safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Minimum 3 Years’ experience in terrace house construction
• Proven ability to manage QA processes and council inspections
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Mandarin speaking preferred
