We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage our residential projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management & Coordination: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct QA checks throughout the build process, ensuring workmanship meets building codes, specifications, and client expectations.
- Council Inspections & Compliance: Schedule and coordinate all required council inspections, ensuring adherence to local regulations and compliance standards.
- Project Management Support: Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain construction schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong health & safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in terrace house construction
- Proven ability to manage QA processes and council inspections
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Mandarin speaking preferred
