Class 4 Truck Driver

Due to a period of significant, exciting growth, we have the exciting opportunity for Casual Class 4 Truck Drivers to join our team based throughout Auckland.

As a Casual Class 4 Truck Driver, you will safely operate Essential Bulk Liquids Limited’s vehicles for the transport of bulk water to customers.

• Understanding how to operate and drive the assigned vehicle safely to transport goods to the intended destination.
• Performing daily inspections of the vehicle.
• Planning the best and safest driving route that minimises distance and travel time and ensures timely transport and delivery.
• Focusing on compliance with Essential Bulk Liquids Limited's Health and Safety Risk Management plans and processes.

• Basic knowledge of truck mechanics and maintenance.
• Class 4 Drivers Licence
• Experience with Road Ranger gearboxes
• A customer focused approach to deliver high-quality service to customers by completing deliveries safely and on time, following customer site procedures, and maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously to achieve business goals.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and risk management.
• Ability to use satellite tracking ERoad equipment and on-board computers.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for log book completion and measuring/weighing loads.
