Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business.
About the Role:As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—ensuring administrative processes are seamless, finances are up-to-date, and team members are supported. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete all daily administrative tasks to a high standard.
- Process all supplier and customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Undertake weekly payroll for all employees.
- Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and update employee agreements and personnel records.
- Handle scheduling for staff training sessions and company events.
- Set priorities, implement procedures, and establish standards to enhance overall productivity.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payroll, and general office administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems and software quickly.
- Experience with accounting/payroll software – Xero preferred.
- High level of discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.
Working Hours: 32–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Compensation: Hourly rate is negotiable and will reflect the skills and experience you bring to the role.
