In addition, to be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience delivering large complex infrastructure projects is essentialExperience in an alliance environment and as an Owner Interface Manager (OIM) is highly desirableExtensive experience managing and leading technical teams within the transport and construction industryExtensive experience in project/programme'management, including schedule, financial and risk managementExperience in managing contracts, ideally within the road transport area and a sound understanding of NZS391X and the alliance model.Leadership experience with strong, demonstrable written and oral communication skillsExperience in'analysing'complex engineering problems and solutionsExperience in engaging with key strategic stakeholders'including local authorities, mana whenua and delivery and supply chain partners.Strong influencing skills, with the proven ability to negotiate successfully with senior leaders within the transport sector or similarAbility to influence best for project decisions whilst being cognisant of broader programme objectives and client objectivesAn engineering qualification and project management experience within the roading/engineering sector is desirable'A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng or.
