Let's talk about responsibilities:As a Sleep Coach for Eden Sleep, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Working within a sleep clinic and reporting directly into the Team Leader you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do. This is a unique and exciting role with diverse responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to people who want to improve their sleep quality
- Facilitate sleep tests and work closely with sleep physicians
- Educate people on their sleep health

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role
- Provide a caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
- A strong customer service that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
- Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must.
- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
- Any previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy are highly considered.
