We are a leading civil construction team working on a variety of projects in Rolleston and Christchurch. Our focus is on delivering high quality drainage, earthworks, and other civil solutions, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Operator/Labourer to join our Rolleston team.

We are seeking an Operator/Labourer with hands-on experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate will have skills in operating machinery, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and perform manual labour as required
Assist with earthworks, drainage, and other civil construction tasks
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals

Requirements:

Experience in civil construction
Competence in machinery operation is preferred
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Strong attention to safety protocols
