Engineering production assembly - Wellington

If you have previous experience working in manufacturing, doing final assembly, dispatch or warehousing would be beneficial.

• Physically fit and strong
• Good hand/eye co-ordination
• Quick learner with an eye for detail
• Experience working with hand tools
• Confident with product assembly and production work
• Respectful of others and works well in a team
• Trustworthy with a positive attitude and work ethic

• Accurately record production times and complete job sheets
• Understand and comply with all health and safety guidelines
• Clear communication – ability to follow instructions and processes
• Responsible for setting up assembly area and managing your work station
• Maintain established processes and achieve quality standards consistently

• Production manufacturing – experience in steel manufacturing preferred
• Assembly work – product assembly and process work experience required
• Mechanical skills – power tool experience or machine operation is essential
• Engineering experience – press work, cutting, looping, finishing
• Basic machining skills ie: linishing, drilling, grinding, punching
