**Join us a Bitumen Sprayer in Petone**

You will be a spray operator with our Petone Surfacing crew and will be responsible for implementing and initiating work activities within a team which is overseen by a Foreman/Supervisor. In this role, you'll see yourself responsible for the safe operation of the bitumen/Emulsion sprayer and assisting the chip sealing team.

**In addition to the above you will:**
  • Assists Foreman/supports Supervisor with daily workflow requirements
  • Ensure the sprayer is always in excellent condition and check other machinery and equipment is in good working order.
  • Assists with training less skilled staff on the correct operation of machinery and equipment.

**We're looking for someone with:**
  • Class 1,2 license and Dangerous Goods.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the surfacing/construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and sprayed sealing experience including binders and emulsions
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
