Predominantly a commercial HVAC business, our commercial division is developing quickly and we need someone to spearhead it.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to deliver HVAC projects on time and within budget
Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with the design team to review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents
Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, including permitting and inspections
Keep senior management and clients informed with timely and detailed project progress updates
Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability

Mentor and develop junior project team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career growth

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project Install ane suprevision Experience, preferably in the construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
Proficiency in air conditioning and ventilation systems, with a good understanding of electrical and controls systems
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Excellent project management skills, including budget development, scheduling, and risk mitigation
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate project teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Good computer skills
Work well in a team environment and under pressure
Good personal presentation
A confident and professional demeanour
Organised, systematic and pro-active
