This role starts as a contractor position, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

We need someone who can take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and deliver high-quality results.

• Full Class 1 Licence (Class 2 preferred).
• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Physically fit and capable of handling various manual tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Immediate start with an initial contractor arrangement, and the possibility of a permanent position based on performance.
