At Acusensus, we're excited about our mission to enhance road safety through innovative enforcement solutions. As a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and quickly addressing any system issues or incidents.
This role requires working on a 24/7 rotating roster and calls for outstanding analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure. As an essential support resource for our field operators, you'll be involved in real-time system monitoring, proactively identifying issues, and helping maintain the safety and efficiency of remote operations by managing alerts, coordinating setups, and escalating critical incidents when needed.
Requirements- Prior experience in a NOC or a similar operations role is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency with system monitoring tools and incident management software.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking systems.
- Experience with Linux operating systems is highly valued.
- Experience with AWS is a desirable addition.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices is highly advantageous.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A strong dedication to safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
- Willingness to embrace a flexible 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
