Qualified Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide the trade skills, knowledge experience and competency to undertake carpentry work to comply with the specified requirements of projects in a safe and timely manner
• Completing construction works of a wide range of projects covering refurbishments, renovations, additions, decks, retaining walls, fences, new builds etc
• Construct, repair, and renovate residential properties
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Work with various materials, such as wood, metal, and concrete.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Proven experience as a builder or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
• Organisational skills
• Process driven
• Ability to manage and motivate yourself and others to deliver results
• Initiative, enthusiasm and ability to work without direct supervision

• Reputation for reliability and honesty
• Have a full set of hand tools, power tools, and building equipment.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
