Qualified ECE Teacher - Te Aroha
At Rose and Clive, we are seeking a passionate and qualified early childhood kaiako to join our team, in a role working with tamariki in the over 2’s, 4-5 days per week (Flexible for the right candidate).
About us:We are a small whanau oriented, mixed aged centre of 40 children. We believe in ensuring that every child feels loved, seen, and valued for who they are. Our aim is to provide a space where children feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow as life-long learners.

Key responsibilities: Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children over the age of two
Foster positive relationships with tamariki, whanau, and colleaguesCollaborate with the team to implement creative, play-based learning experiences
Promote kindness, resilience, and a growth mindset in children
Contribute to the ongoing development of the centre’s philosophy and environment.
About you:Hold a recognised ECE qualification and be registered with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand or be willing to get registered.
Passion for working with children O2 and a solid understanding of child development
Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
A commitment to a nurturing, supportive, and safe learning environment.
MUST be living in New Zealand and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
