Are you an experienced Design and Build Consultant looking for an exciting new challenge in Christchurch's thriving residential sector? We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team. If you have a proven track record and the ability to conceptualize and design residential projects from scratch, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead residential design and build projects from concept.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, translating these into innovative design solutions.
- Develop high-quality design concepts, floor plans, and layouts from scratch.
- Work closely with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide expert advice on construction materials, building techniques, and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the residential design and build sector.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality residential projects, with a portfolio to demonstrate.
- Expertise in conceptualising and drawing up designs from scratch.
- Knowledge of New Zealand building regulations and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
