Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to join their team. In this role, you will manage a small team of up to four direct reports, report to the Business Owner, and play a pivotal role in fabrication and sequencing other ancillary tasks.
Ideally, the team leader will have experience and knowledge in the stone benchtop fabrication process, including:
- Operating a CNC bridge saw
- Operating an edge polisher
- Programming and operating a CNC stone router using digital templates
- Hand fabrication skills are beneficial but not essential
About You | Moku ake
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a CNC Programmer & Operator in a stone fabrication environment (or similar environment)
- Previous experience guiding a team, ensuring efficient workflow and fostering collaboration
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
