You will be expected to quickly become the subject matter expert for your particular portfolio / properties.Repeats from aboveNg p kenga ng tohu Ou I What you will needTo be successful in this role, you will need a proven, successful history with a portfolio of property and facilities, preferably within Central Government.
You will possess excellent communication and relationship building abilities in addition to strong financial and commercial skills. You will bring experience of process improvement and systemisation to the role and the proven ability to work in a complex and sometimes reactive environment.
