Retail sales Assistant
HIGH-BEAM CARS LIMITED Auckland
Working in a supportive team environment, your main duties will be:
- To provide our customers with a first-class customer experience.
- To keep the car yard looking amazing by keeping the yard always maintained, well displayed and clean & tidy at all times
- Understand customer requirements and provide them with accurate advice
- Demonstrate and explain car models, and their attributes to the customers
- Provide them with in-depth knowledge about the product they are interested to buy to promote selling
- Help the Retail Manager with the documentation work such as sales invoices, finance paperwork etc.
- Accept payments for goods and services
- Assist the Retail manager and other staff with the inventory and stock takes
- Assist in the dispatch of cars
- Other general duties such as wipe down, cleaning all work area etc.
The successful applicant must be a team player, have previous retail experience along with excellent customer service skills.
Training will be provided to the right candidate
Applicants for this position should be NZ Citizen/Resident or have a valid work visa.
