We are on the look out for 1-2 motivated and experienced Air Conditioning Technicians and/or Electricians with Heat Pump experience to join our growing team. We install, service and maintain a wide range of Air Conditioning systems in the Nelson/Tasman region and are needing to expand our team to meet demand.
Most of our work includes residential installs and new build installations.
Skills & Experience- At least 2 years of Heat Pump experience necessary
- Great Communication Skills
- Good knowledge of using online Project Management Systems
- Be able to work productively in a team and independently
- Has a good personality
- Someone who has common sense and good initiative
- Service, maintain and install heat pumps (Residential, Light Commercial and Building Company projects)
- Communicate 1:1 with customers on site and by phone
- Maintain a tidy workspace and vehicle
- Be efficient and have good time management
- Co-operate with Health and Safety procedures
About the company
Simon and Briar bought Nelson Heat Pumps from the previous owners in April 2023 after owning and operating a small family based company from our home. We have now grown into a larger team, with a well established workshop, office and showroom to begin to expand our company further in the region.We are looking to have team members join us that are keen to help with the growth of the company, grow their own skills with the possible opportunity down the line for management roles.
