Job Summary:

Williams Property Services Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer & Marketing Manager to join our team in Henderson. This role is a blend of customer service and marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers while also driving brand awareness and business growth.

As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will handle phone calls and emails professionally, ensuring clients receive prompt and helpful responses. Beyond customer service, you will take charge of marketing efforts—developing and executing campaigns, maintaining social media and digital presence, and working closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.

The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Maintain and organize email communications to strengthen client relationships.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
Generate creative ideas to spearhead marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and marketing strategies.

Manage social media and digital marketing efforts to align with business goals.

What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience in marketing, campaign planning, and client relations.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Prior experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an advantage.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and GSuite Apps is preferred.
