Duty manager
Will need an LCQ duty manager certificate ( or the ability to get these within a reasonable time frame)
Experience in all areas of management from stocktaking, ordering and training staff on best practice.
Must be able to demonstrate relevant hospitality experience. Minimum of 2 year experience in a mangers roll.

Providing outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure a great dining experience.

A strong leader who is flexible and reliable as you will work across ac a 7 day roster, you must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. The ability to deal with the public ensuring the safe and responsible sale and supply of alcohol.
Be organised and maintain well stocked fridges, you will be in charge of ,asking sure we have stock at all times.
