However this role encompasses all children with orthopaedic needs.
As a Clinical Coordinator in Paediatric Orthopaedic Physiotherapy, you will coordinate clinical activities and provide direct clinical care.
This role involves managing clinical caseloads, supervising staff (one other physiotherapist), and supporting service and policy development.

Key Responsibilities include:Manage clinical caseload and deliver healthcare servicesProvide professional leadership and expert clinical adviceSet targets and support data gathering and reportingParticipate in service and policy developmentEducate and train staff, conduct workplace assessmentsReview performance metrics and implement quality improvementsManage time effectively, oversee meetings, projects, and strategic planningUse and train others on equipment, manage stock controlConduct clinical/non-clinical audits and researchDrive and support projects, participate in steering groupsAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with expertise in paediatric orthopaedics and the desire to lead a team to join us in this permanent part time role.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following: Physiotherapy assessment, goal setting, and intervention knowledgeKnowledge and experience in serial casting & orthotics prescriptionMinimum 5 years of clinical work experience in Paediatric and/orOrthopaedic PhysiotherapyExperiencewith clinical teaching/supervision, training and development of staffExperience in Case Management Experiencemaking judgements in complex situations where there is incomplete informationor solutions are not obviousClearance under the provisions of the Vulnerable Children
