About the Role:As an All-Rounder/Tour Guide, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging and informative experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for conducting tours, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks around the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Tour Guiding:
o Conduct engaging and informative tours, sharing knowledge about prawn farming, the park's history, and the
local environment.o Ensure the safety and enjoyment of tour participants.
o Answer guest questions and provide helpful information.
- Customer Service:
o Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and purchases.
o Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Operational Support:
o Helping with food service duties, when needed.
- Work in a variety of roles within the park.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- The ability to learn and share information effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks.
- Experience in tourism or hospitality is a bonus.
