About the role
Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Coordinator to join the dynamic Bluecurrent team. In this role, you will help to ensure that the depot operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing and debt management
- Assignment of jobs to appropriate field staff or contractors
- Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide feedback as required
- Monitoring and management of jobs to ensure completion to required KPl's
- Liaise with local Network Companies
- Monthly project job reconciliation and batch preparation
- General admin and reception duties
- Facilitate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on internal system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A strong customer service ethic
- Advanced Computer and IT Competence including MS office
- Understanding of accounting principles – SAP experience advantageous
- Ability to work in a sole charge situation in addition to a team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
