We are a growing team of 300+ employees, located in Wynyard Quarter, Central Auckland and have an exciting opening for a vibrant, professional and proactive Administration Assistant. This role requires someone with strong organisation skills to manage a range of tasks that support the rapidly growing New Zealand team.

The role:

Reporting to the Business Service Lead, this role offers the opportunity for you to demonstrate fresh ideas, to take the next step in your career and to take ownership of this newly created role. While it is Auckland based, it has a national reach.

What you would do:
  • Supporting project financial requirements including invoicing and expenses
  • Coordinating office and staff events and meeting
  • Ordering Office Supplier (Stationary, catering, sundries and PPE Equipment)
  • Review and update noticeboards
  • Managing the cleaners, repairs and contractors to the office
  • Liaising with Landlords/property management
  • Fleet Management
  • Co-ordinate Staff training – Site Safe/ Confine Space

The Administration Assistant role will encompass the above responsibilities in addition to supporting the wider day to day administration functions of the office. The role will also involve some coordination of events and induction of new employees.

it would be great if you could bring previous administrative experience, an eye for detail and engaging communication skills to help you succeed in this role. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, and established record keeping skills would be great assets to have for this role
