General administration and filing duties, responsible for handling accounts administration, dealing with the following aspects and systems:
- Accounts payable & receivable using MYOB Business Pro
- Payroll using MYOB Business Pro
- Job costing using our in-house software
- Cash management & Banking
- PAYE & GST returns
- Health & Safety
- Generally keeping our office running smoothly
- Experienced with 2+ years in a similar role. A strong background in accounts administration. Confidence in Health & Safety matters is preferable.
- Quick to learn, reliable & conscientious
- Detail oriented, with a sharp eye for numbers
- Happy to be part of a team, but confident enough to work on your own
- Sense of humour & the ability to smile while juggling various tasks
This role is on a part-time basis, for 10-15 hours per week. Payroll is completed each Wednesday.
