Office Administrator - Christchurch

General administration and filing duties, responsible for handling accounts administration, dealing with the following aspects and systems:
  • Accounts payable & receivable using MYOB Business Pro
  • Payroll using MYOB Business Pro
  • Job costing using our in-house software
  • Cash management & Banking
  • PAYE & GST returns
  • Health & Safety
  • Generally keeping our office running smoothly
Experience required:
  • Experienced with 2+ years in a similar role. A strong background in accounts administration. Confidence in Health & Safety matters is preferable.
  • Quick to learn, reliable & conscientious
  • Detail oriented, with a sharp eye for numbers
  • Happy to be part of a team, but confident enough to work on your own
  • Sense of humour & the ability to smile while juggling various tasks

This role is on a part-time basis, for 10-15 hours per week. Payroll is completed each Wednesday.
