You'll be working alongside a close-knit group of professionals, including in-house accounts and administrative support, as well as our expert commercial sales and leasing specialists.
What we're looking for:
You'll thrive in this role if you bring proven experience in Commercial Property Management or Body Corporate Management and are ready to hit the ground running.
You'll also bring:- Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Confidence dealing with people at all levels - you're approachable and solutions-focused
- High-level self-management and an eye for detail

- Full New Zealand residency and a current driver's licence
