New Homes Sales Consultant

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to coordinate residential property sales, guide prospective buyers, and drive marketing and sales strategy. This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining leadership with sales coordination — perfect for someone with real estate savvy, strong organisational skills, and a passion for helping customers find their dream home.

What You’ll Be Doing: ——————

• Manage sales enquiries and follow up with potential buyers
• Guide clients from initial enquiry to sale, including build-from-plan and existing homes
• Host open homes on weekends and present properties with professionalism

• Take the lead in sales performance for Jacks Landing
• Analyse market feedback, and adjust strategies to meet business goals

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns within budget
• Maintain property listings and marketing materials across all platforms
• Support branding and promotional efforts with a sharp eye for detail

• Serve as the key contact between buyers, builders, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For: ——————

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Confident working independently and leading sales performance
• Previous experience in residential property sales, customer service, or marketing
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage a busy sales database
• Available for weekend open homes as required (Sat–Sun, 12–3 PM)
