Your Mission:

• Own the Canopy: Conduct detailed tree inspections, diagnose issues, and get the job done right.
• Master the Cut: Perform expert pruning, trimming, and removals using industry best practices.
• Lead the Charge: Provide solid advice to clients and work with other tradies to get the job done efficiently.
• Climb High, Work Hard: Work at heights with confidence, utilising your climbing skills.
• Safety First, Always: Ensure all operations meet local regulations and safety standards.
• Gear Head: Operate and maintain our modern equipment, including chainsaws and chippers.

What You Bring:

• Certified Arborist (Level 3 or 4):
• You know your stuff. 5+ Years of Real-World Experience: You've been there, done that.
• Tree Knowledge on Point: Deep understanding of NZ native and introduced species, diseases, and treatments.
• Tool Skills: You can handle any piece of equipment safely and effectively.
• Height Confident: You're comfortable working high up in trees.
• Good Bloke: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Full NZ Driver's License (Class 2 Preferred)
• Get yourself, and the gear to site.
• Physically Fit: You can handle heavy lifting and tough conditions.
