This role will be working across different project portfolios, majority residential, and working closely with the Quantity Surveyor team.

You will be involved in all aspects of the process from pricing, forecasting, budgeting, claims, variations and financial account management, the full end to end process.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender documentation from pre-construction assessments, producing cost reporting and forecast budget delivery
  • Scope and Pricing
  • Manage and liaise with sub trades alongside tendering and managing materials when required from start to finish of project working to deadlines
  • Stakeholder handling
These roles could be for you to consider, if you have..
  • A nationally recognised QS Diploma
  • 3 + years' Experience as a quantity surveyor on Residential projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
