About the Role
Our small team provides support and advice to ensure the health and safety of employees and the organization.
The Case Manager/Rehabilitation Advisor is responsible for working with the OHW team in the development and implementation of our key programmes of work focused on supporting our people to stay at work or return to work. The role will also be responsible for the case management / rehabilitation of our people following an injury or illness, across the across the Waikato.

About you
As a Case Manager/ Rehabilitation Advisor, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in business or similar or at least 6 years of relevant Case Management experience
- Experience working as an ACC Case Administrator
- Knowledge of the Accident Compensation Act
- Computer literate, competent in the use of the Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with electronic file management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent time management and the ability to self-manage
- Support continuous improvement by managing change
