Receptionist & Administration Assistant

- As a receptionist and administration assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Managing bookings, invoices, and payments
- Handling mail, email, and other correspondence
- Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
- Ordering and stocking office supplies
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- A valid driver's licence
- Previous experience in the motor trade would be an advantage, but not essential

- The preferred hours of work are 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but we can be flexible for the right candidate
