Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role As a member of the administration team, you will arrange referrals, set up supports and communicate with the providers on behalf of our Recovery teams.
Some of the variety of tasks you could complete are: Actioning requests for accommodation and transport to maximise client independenceArranging support services, mobility aids, and equipmentLiaising with our providers to arrange important client assessmentsSourcing medical notes from healthcare practitionersRespond to any official information requests This is a key role'as you are providing the mechanisms which ensure our clients receive effective'rehabilitation and subsequent return to independence.
