We are currently looking for a HR Co-ordinator to assist with our existing and expanding HR and people and culture operations and initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with both team members and leadership, helping to foster a welcoming and positive workplace. Your primary duties will encompass a blend of operational and administrative responsibilities, including:- Champion the day-to-day HR Administration of the business including
- Recruitment
- Inductions
- Health & Safety
- Training and Development
- Update and maintain our HR Information Systems
- Handle team member queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support in the preparation and execution of HR reports for senior leadership and Board of directors
- Coordinate Team member performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing programmes.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement.
- A team player, able to build excellent internal relationships
- People-focused
- Motivated with a roll-your-sleeves-up, can-do attitude
- Highly organised, with an exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Experience in a similar role (preferred)
