Office Administrator

We are seeking an admin superstar to support our Office and Production teams. The position can be full or part-time (30 to 40 hours per week) and is flexible around school hours.

We are seeking an individual who;
  • Is organised, process driven and flexible
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Is great with Excel
  • Enjoys being part of a small team
  • Has excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Enjoys variety
  • Is willing to learn !
The role includes;
  • Inventory & Logistics admin
  • Solution based problem solving and relationship building
  • Production data entry and auditing of processes
  • Support of Sales & Compliance processes
Experience in the following is advantageous but not essential;
  • Infusion system
  • Meat Prodn
  • FMCG
  • Inventory administration
