What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager or equivalent position.
- Luxury automotive brand experience in a dealership environment.
- A strong leader who is passionate about delivering a premium experience.
- A drive to succeed with the ability to meet and exceed targets/budgets.
- Ability to train, motivate and develop the team.
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
- Desire to be part of a high-performing, customer-focused team.
