THE OPPORTUNITY

We have amazing opportunities for Christmas Casuals to join our Sales team at Wellington Airport.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and diverse team, providing a high level of customer service and processing customer sales.

Additional duties include:

Engaging with customers on the sales floor
Inform passengers of purchasing & customs requirements
Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

Must be over 18 years old
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience of operating a point of sale (POS) system
Cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
A reasonable level of physical fitness, as some manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved

Available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays

It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.

Lotte Duty Free employees are required to pass a Customs and Police Clearance process and must hold a valid Australian orInternational Passport.
