Executive Support - Full-time, based in Fairlie

We are on the hunt for a highly capable and experienced Executive Support. You'll need to be able to hit the ground running, get stuck in and own the work in front of you right from the get-go as the role is not only grunty but varied. No two days will be the same!
You'll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with Executive Assistant that supports the CEO and Mayor. To be successful in the role, you'll need to be a forward-thinker so that you can stay a step ahead of the four General Managers that you'll be supporting on a day-to-day basis.
Your responsibilities include providing daily support to four General Managers, including:
- diary/calendar management
- scheduling appointments
- drafting of correspondence/presentations/various documents
- planning and organising meetings
- minute taking
- booking accommodation and travel, and much, much more!
In this busy and ever-changing environment, attention to detail is crucial as well as the ability to juggle pressured situations and deadlines.
You'll need to:
- have had at least two years of demonstrated experience in providing administration support to a senior leader within a medium to large organisation (e.g., General Manager, CEO, Managing Director etc.)
- have proven and demonstrated experience in minute taking
- have strong time management and prioritising abilities
- have exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- be able to build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- have solid communication abilities.

This is a full- time, permanent opportunity working Monday
- Friday, 8.30am
- 5pm, and is based in our Fairlie office, South Canterbury.
The role will also provide back up and support to our Governance Advisor (appropriate training will be provided in this space).
You must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand to be considered for this position.
