About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team of Dietitians at Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi, based in Whakatāne. This position is casual, as and when required with no fixed hours. In this role you will collaborate with a range of health professionals across various inpatient areas.
About the location Boasting some of the most sunlight hours in New Zealand, Whakatāne offers award winning beaches for both surf and fun 15 minutes from the hospital grounds. Be still and listen to the native bird chorus in our bush clad walkways, plus swim in the cleanest freshwater lakes around.

About youOur preferred candidate will have:Experience in a hospital setting, working in acute wardsFlexibility to work across various hospital clinical areas as directed based on service needPassion and a drive to make a meaningful difference through their work, alongside strong cultural awareness Ideally, we are looking for someone with clinical Dietitian experience; however, those with general Dietitian experience are also encouraged to apply.
