Automotive Workshop Supervisor

We seek a Full-Time Automotive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy automotive repair facility. This hands-on role combines customer service, team coordination and administrative tasks - perfect for someone with practical workshop experience seeking leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be first point of contact for customer enquiries
• Explain repair processes and timelines clearly
• Manage customer expectations regarding costs/services

• Collaborate with technicians to develop accurate quotes
• Prepare formal quotations using company templates
• Schedule repair appointments via phone/email/booking system

• Allocate daily tasks to workshop staff
• Monitor workflow to meet deadlines
• Maintain workshop consumables supplies

• Process invoices/receipts
• Track accounts and follow up payments
• Order parts from approved suppliers
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders
• Manage inventory of common replacement parts

Requirements:

• 1 year local administrative related experience or a level 2 to 3 relevant qualification.
• Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Workshop Software)
• Mandarin/Cantonese communication skills (advantageous for serving our majority clients in local Chinese community as Palmy's only Chinese-speaking automotive workshop)
