Duty Manager - In Room Dining (Full Time)
Do you like being on your feet than stuck behind a desk? Our In Room Dining team are close knit and hard working and looking for a new leader to hit the ground running.
A bit about the role:
Working alongside the In Room Dining Manager, you'll be responsible for the supervision and training of staff on the floor, developing and motivating a team of passionate and highly skilled individuals as well as ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of service.
A bit about you:
To be successful in this role, ideally- You'll have approximately 3 years supervisory experience within Food & Beverage and hold a General Managers licence.
- You'll also likely be someone with an outgoing, friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home.
- Be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once
- Strong communication skills and problem skills are a must as well as the flexibility to work a range of shifts including nights and weekends.
