As a Sleep Consultant, you won’t just be selling mattresses—you’ll be providing expert advice to help customers find the perfect sleep solution. Your expertise will guide customers toward better rest, comfort, and overall well-being, all while reflecting our commitment to quality and customer care.
What You’ll Do:
- Offer expert advice on the best sleep solutions for customers based on their individual needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on building relationships and creating a welcoming, comfortable experience.
- Educate customers about the importance of sleep and help them select the right products to improve their quality of rest.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to achieve both personal and store-wide goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail or sales, with a passion for helping customers. Experience in the bedding or homeware industry is a plus!
- A sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting goals while delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- A genuine interest in sleep health and a desire to make a difference in customers' lives.
