We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of the business. This role is responsible for overseeing the team, managing client relationship, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and driving the strategic direction of the company.

• Oversee the operational management of all security services including static guards, patrols, and event security.
• Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans to ensure growth and efficiency.
• Manage, lead, and support a team of security personnel.
• Ensure full compliance with the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 and other relevant New Zealand legislation.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and resource planning.

• 3 years of relevant work experience in the security industry.
• Valid Certificate of Approval (COA) or the ability to obtain one.
• The ability to work across weekends, evenings and public holidays as required

• Minimum of 30 hours work per week guaranteed.
• A starting pay rate between $32 - $34 per hour.
