About the Role:
This role is all about the installation of glass into residential and commercial buildings. You’ll be working on projects like balustrades, showers, retrofits, and more — making sure every job is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard.
Day-to-Day you’ll be:
- Measuring and installing glass products with accuracy
- Loading and unloading glass safely at job sites
- Interpreting plans and paperwork correctly
- Collaborating with your team to meet project deadlines
- Checking glass quality before leaving the factory
- Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Keeping job sites clean and leaving customers satisfied
The Non-Negotiables:
- New Zealand Certificate in Glazing (Level 4) OR 3+ years of practical glazing experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- Great communication skills and a team player attitude
- Confident handling high-end or fragile glass products
- Full NZ Driver’s License (a must!)
