About the Role:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in our success, sourcing and managing skilled candidates for roles in trades, construction, civil, and industrial sectors.
This role involves plenty of multitasking and thrives on energy and enthusiasm, offering the satisfaction of making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do:- Identify, source, and attract talented candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking events)
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring the perfect fit for clients' needs
- Manage and maintain our candidate database, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Provide critical backbone support to Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers, managing day-to-day office tasks efficiently
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing them with ongoing support and feedback
- Office management, looking after the little things that make the office run smoothly
You don't need previous recruitment experience—comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided.

This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job; there will be busy periods requiring additional effort, balanced by rewarding downtime once targets are achieved.

- Prior administration office experience, proficient in the use of Microsoft office
- Full Class 1 car driver's licence
- System-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Someone who thrives in supporting and organizing tasks, enabling recruitment reps to perform at their best
