Foreman - Concrete Construction

Role description: You will be in charge of assigning duties, monitoring the progress of a
project and keeping it on track from a time and budget standpoint. Youwill need to assign workers to the correct projects based on their skill set
and knowledge. This is a supervisor position in the civil sector.
Responsibilities will include: Provide onsite training as required
Run toolbox and pre-start meetingsOrganise materials for job sites
Complete internal audits as required
Field work as needed
Read and work off plans
The following is essential to be successful in this role:
At least 3 years’ experience as a Foreman working with concrete incivil construction including concrete repairs and waterproofing
Seismic strengthening expertise
Knowledge and practical experience of crack injection application
Evidence of skills to undertake epoxy screeds
Solid plastering ability to a high standard
Possess strong carpentry skills
Knowledge of health and safety standards within New Zealand
Reinforcing bar bending experience is an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
New Zealand full driver's licence essential
This will be a full-time permanent position with minimum 40 hours per week. Competitive renumeration based on your skills and experience.
